Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with HOO5IER. Each order helps push forward a new vision of what it means to be a Hoosier — and we appreciate your support.

Processing Time

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipping. We’re a small team and this is our first drop — we’re committed to making sure every item is packed with care and arrives correctly.

Shipping Times

We offer standard shipping via USPS and UPS to U.S. addresses.

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Express Shipping: 2-3 business days 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info.

 

Shipping Discounts

We offer a 20% shipping discount to all SMS members during our pre-order window.  Shipping costs for other orders are based on weight and destination, shown at checkout.

Pre-Orders

If your item was marked “Pre-Order” at checkout, these items will ship as soon as possible upon release date, and follow the same estimated time deliveries as regular orders.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or delivery errors. If your tracking says “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

Shipping Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping info before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If you catch an error after placing your order, email us within 12 hours at hoo5ier.helperr@gmail.com and we’ll try to fix it before it ships.
